Leadership Team
Brent Addison
President
Brent is a third-generation Addison working in the family business that his grandfather started in 1956. He began his automotive career in 2009 working at his father’s car dealerships. Throughout the years, Brent has worked his way through various departments and ended up in a senior management role before moving over to Addison Fleet in 2018.
Over the last few years, Brent has brought a new vision to Addison Fleet by focusing on fleet management and technology. Brent currently sits on the Canadian Fleet and Leasing Association Fleet Committee and the Young Leaders Committee. Brent is also a partner in an insurance brokerage in the Greater Toronto area.
Brent secured a golf scholarship to attend Barry University in Miami, Florida, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is still an avid golfer and enjoys many other sports including skiing, tennis and squash. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with family and friends and travel to his family’s cottage.
Rob Holland
Director of Operations
Rob serves as Director of Operations at Addison Fleet. He has 25 years of experience in the fleet Industry and joined the Addison team in 2002.
Rob has been integral in developing many of Addison’s innovative products and services, continually striving to increase efficiencies and provide unique solutions for our clients. Rob is always focused on creating exceptional experiences for Addison Fleet prospects, clients and employees, from integration through to remarketing.
Rob received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University, where he played Tier 1 rugby for the Stingers. He lives in the Greater Toronto area and enjoys time with his son. Rob remains active and passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. He is an active member of the community, volunteering as a coach for his son’s soccer team, and also an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
Ravi Pathirane
Director, IT
Ravi started dabbling in computers in 1983. Always passionate about everything mechanical and electronic, his curiosity to understand how things work led to him becoming an accomplished systems analyst/software engineer.
Ravi migrated to Canada after finishing his post-secondary education in Sri Lanka. He started working at AT&T Capital Corp (Vehicle Leasing) and has been in the fleet leasing industry ever since. Ravi has assembled a highly efficient and talented team of professionals through partnering with local IT colleges’ co-op education programs. He firmly believes in end-to- end ownership and accountability of everyone on the team.
Ravi is responsible for the design and development of our comprehensive client-access portal, FleetPoint. He and his team have developed and delivered industry-leading solutions that help Addison Fleet provide unparalleled service and efficiencies to customers and internal staff. Ravi’s passions are reading and driving while shifting gears the old-fashioned way.
Nick Fantetti
Director, Finance and Credit Risk
Nick joined Addison Fleet in 2019 and is the Director of Finance and Credit Risk. Prior to joining Addison, he served 15 years as vice president of finance in credit card and consumer lending for Citibank Canada and Fairstone Financial. Nick has returned to the fleet management industry where he spent the first 16 years of his career with top Canadian fleet management companies, including GE Capital and ARI.
Nick graduated from Shaw College in Toronto, Ontario, with honors in Accounting, Finance and Economics. He enjoys the peace and beauty of country living and can usually be found riding his lawn tractor on summer weekends. Nick enjoys gardening, golf and endless hours of play time with his black lab, Doug.
Val Drohan
Office Manager
Val has been with the Addison Family since 1982, starting out in the Meadow Mills Pontiac Buick Dealership. She moved from reception duties to the accounting department where she quickly became a vital part of the dealership’s day-to-day business. She then moved on to become Office Manager, as well as handling the payroll for the broader Addison Group. In 2002 Val joined Addison Fleet as Operations Manager and then transitioned to Office Manager.
Val keeps herself active with her family and is very involved with her grandchildren. Val loves all the Toronto sports teams and is a loyal fan – no matter what!
Ravi Pathirane

Adrian Constantinescu
Director, Fleet Programs
Adrian joined Addison Fleet in 2017 with the main objective of launching a new Maintenance Management Program. The project became a great success and was soon followed by the Accident Management Program and the redesign of the Fuel Card Program.
Adrian has more than two decades of industry experience and previously worked with fleet management companies such as Transportation and Wheels. He holds a Diploma of Automotive Sciences from the Military Institute Basarab I in his native country of Romania and is an ASE Certified Master Technician.
When not in the office, Adrian likes to travel with his family, play soccer and go fishing.
